Curious about this also - I tried a dummy submission (completely start over) a few days ago and it would not let me. I did not see the option of "submit another file" then but that is showing up now. It seems that they are tweaking this system as they go along. I am not 14 days in and they are still quoting 15 days processing time. I'll attempt a second submission on Monday if my original still has not cleared.

I filled out the original form at the end of August in the US. I arrived in France, got the notice about the new demarches-simplifiees in Paris, and filled out the new form w/the same info 9/3/21. After reading some of the posts on this forum, I reapplied 9/8/21 and got a different fiche number. Tonight at 21:00 I got a notice that my file was under review. At 21:15 I got an email w/a pass I could telecharge. I have no idea how or why any of this worked. I go back to the US in 5 days. I also don't know if, or when, this pass will expire.

When I go to look at my files, I see my original submission, #5559XXX shows a status of "disorganized". Anyone know what this means?
I then sent a message on 9/14 to try and speed the process, that shows a # 5558XXX, in construction.

I may try the trick of submitting first thing in the morning (so after midnight CDT).
To submit a new file, what do I do? I see I can click on "files", then under actions, I see an option to "start another folder". Is this how I do it?

Or should I should start over from another email account?

I used the drop down to select Month, Day, and year, and this how it populates in the form. I can't type over the MM fields with a date greater than 12. Hope this isn't holding things up

You can see how the information is shown in the Summary tab of your application once you have submitted. All dates are shown in the LONG FORM, i.e. 25 September 2021.

visiting France on Jan 13th. I booked Bos-Mad on points with IB. I have not booked MAD-NCE yet, will also be IB with points. I need ticket to get QR code, when do you think I should apply, how close to departure date? thanks

I applied Sept 8..still havent received the pass ....I'll be spending the first night at Hyatt CDG.. is there any kind of listing of pharmacies that can handle the pass for me?? I dont think I will be getting it. I tried contacting an administrator or whatever it is. I'll need to handle that and would prefer not to have to go into Paris for it..

My original submission was 9/8/21 with departing USA on 9/29/21. I have edited the file, but received only two original emails and nothing more.

I'll add a data point - I applied on 9/6, heard nothing back.

Stayed up late to add a new file to my account tonight, applied at 1:12 am CDT (8:12 am Paris local time) and got the approval in about 2 minutes.

Pass loaded to my phone - ready to leave Wednesday!

Same experience here only I submitted new dossiers under a separate user account. Both were accepted within minutes, and I've deleted my original requests. Definitely a hot tip for those still needing the pass sooner rather than later.

Just flew back from France yesterday. There’s a testing location above the TGV station at CDG, but the lines are huge. My recommendation is to go to Aeroville mall near CDG and get tested there. Not sure if Hyatt is nearby. I was never asked to show my pass in any hotels I frequented except when eating in the evening (not asked at breakfast)
