Datapoint:
Original submission from 9/2 still pending (18 days). Travel on 9/25. Submitted a second file 9/21 - it was approved in under 5 minutes. Someone upthread suggested to (re)submit during French Business hours. That seems to work, but of course a few anecdotes does not equal evidence. |

It's the Spain Travel Health app - just search for that in the app store or "SpTH" - it's where you fill out your info to receive a QR code for admission to Spain. However, the app also lets you scan and import a QR code for the EU vaccine certification.

Thanks. Good to know. I applied online on Sept. 6 and still haven't heard back. Still "en construction." I would think the earlier the date you would move up in the queue but maybe not.

What France time you submitted the one that got the QR within 5 min? |
Just spent 5 days in Paris and was disappointed with the number of times I had to use the pass, twice and that’s only because I went looking for places to use it.

Did you submit within the existing application as a new "file"?

How long did it take you to get the pass? When you say you only had to show it twice, do you mean most places did not ask? do you think most pharmacies in Paris will issue you a Pass upon your showing proof of vaccination?

After the second submissions was accepted I went back in to delete the first one to hopefully help unclog their system a bit. For all its flaws, the French system is lightyears better than for example Holland, where you can only get a Covid pass if 1) you show up at an appointment IN PERSON, and 2) have a Dutch social security number. If you don't have a Dutch SSN, you are SOL and the only way to get a pass is to get tested. Oh yes, forgot: every test-based pass is only valid for 24(!!) hours... insanity (it is 72 hours in France if you have to go that route). The irony is thate my French pass is just as valid in NL as the one you would get in NL itself. The EU isn't really doing much on the "U" front on this... |

I resubmitted under the same account. If you go to your file list, there is an "action" drop down to the right. There is an option to submit another file.

I opened my mail this morning and received a letter from Ministere Des Solidarites Et De La Sante along with a link to go to in order to print the certificate. I now have it. Question since I now have the Pass Sanitaire will I need to have a covid test within 732 hours before I can enter France ?

Thank you for this! Original application submitted September 5, still pending. Submitted a new file under the same account, went into review within 2 minutes and got the pass 3 minutes after that.

Just read your post. I’ve been waiting since 9/6 as well. Did anyone answer your post? Start a new file or use a different email address? Thanks!
