Got my pass! I first applied 9/7, and it stayed in "editable" mode. I checked it again this Monday and noticed I had reversed the month/day on one of the dates. I corrected that and saved it again. Almost immediately I got another confirmation showing it was being reviewed. Just received an email saying it is ready, and went in and there's my printable pass w/ QR code. My dossier number started with 5603, and my arrival date in France is 10/5 (or as they would have it 5/10).

Just to be clear, your (corrected) entry was in the form dd/mm/yyyy ? I ask because on the form I used it had that format outside the dob box but inside the box it had aaaa-mm-jj (year-month-day).

Not sure why there are confusion on the Date Format.
In my dossier summary, all dates (from DOB to Travel Dates to Vaccine last dose date, any date info) are shown in this format - 15 September 2021 - I dont see there could be any confusion. |

When I entered my info on the site one of the labels showed “dd/mm/yyyy” but the drop down selector filled it in as “mm/dd/yyyy”. |

There is no option for the format shown as in the Summary of the dossier. After the form is finished, in the Summary, everything is correctly shown. No ambiguity whatsoever. Though on TripAdvisor forum there are a few posts indicated the dates in the Summary of the dossier were completely WRONG, not in the format, but totally wrong year or wrong month or whatever... Obviously has nothing to do with how you enter the date, but due to somehow in the auto-conversion, there are random glitches popping up. Those posts prompted me to check the Summary to make sure everything was correctly shown. No mistake is found, thankfully. |
For me it didn’t matter. I got my QR code within 15 minutes of submitting my information.

Word of advice on the pass if you have been waiting for a while - try submitting a new file under the same account, and do it during morning hours France time. Several of us who have been waiting for 10+ days all received the QR code with the second submission within 15 minutes. I submitted mine around 8:30am France time and got the code right away.

I can’t seem to find anywhere what folks are uploading for travel tickets? Do we send the actual ticket # with all other identifiable info or is a pdf of an official airline email that shows date of ticketing, flight itinerary and names of passengers…… no ticket #’s, no record Locator, no FF#.
Ive read on other forums that folks are just uploading a pdf of their confirmation email which includes all information… |
I submitted my dossier on 8/31/2021 and received my QR code today. My departure date is 10/2/2021.

Ive read on other forums that folks are just uploading a pdf of their confirmation email which includes all information… On that email there are all the needed info, PNR, Passenger Name, Itinerary and eTicket number. Make a PDF file of that email, as in, print it to a PDF instead of physical print out, you can even get rid of junks (often takes up 2 pages) at the bottom of that email receipt. Voila, that is the PDF file you can use to upload to the application site. Alternatively you can also take a picture of the confirmation email as the site takes PNG, JPEG, PDF and one more format I forgot. But it is more cumbersome to edit the PNG or JPEG photo file to get rid of irrelevant junks (those ads) versus a PDF file. Hope that help. |
