Feels good to beat someone who has visual of the runways

Yeah, EQ swap, I figured as much - delayed departure and a flight plan filed late in the game. Operations must have felt like the jackpot when they realised there was a free 32B hanging around in the hangars.

*) Flightstats caught the EQ change to 32B already at 20:54EET. Flightaware caught the tail at 21:58EET, which is when transponder was turned on at gate 26.

Damned, been in UTC +8 timezone for 10 days and immediately when the cat's away the mice will start to play

LZM is apparently operational already now, a good example how the plans and reality will not always meet in airline business.
Another A321 to AY fleet and more to come in very near future.

Haha, it was just a lucky shot from my side! My plane spotting by computer can't ever compete with inside/on-sight info!

I was searching flights for summer, and noticed that AY flies 3 daily flights to HKG some days (AY69, AY61 and AY99). Has this been published somewhere?

ARN-HKG round-trip 4360SEK in value.

Interesting! No, as far as I know they haven't announced this yet. AY61 and AY99 operate on the same days within five minutes of each other:

AY61 -2-4-6- 17:30–08:10 (+1)
AY62 --3-5-7 09:10–14:45

AY99 -2-4-6- 17:25–08:10 (+1)
AY100 --3---- 09:50–15:25 and
AY100 ----5-7 11:00–16:35

Can they really turn around an A350 in 60 minutes?

I assume that CAN is canned again then? (har har)

Isn't AY61/AY62 just a ghost of the old flight numbering system, and AY99/AY100 the new flight number with a slightly adjusted schedule? (I can't find AY61/AY62 anywhere, but I have not looked very thoroughly)

I suppose other flights than AY69 are operated with Finnish cabin crew?

Someone decided to make a minor schedule change and changed flight number at the same time?

AY99/100 is not published to GDS. I'd say they are the same, not a new rotation.

Accoring to this AY99/100 are the new flight numbers for 69/70, but that was announced before they announced 61/62. So yeah, it seems someone made a little mistake. All these three flights are bookable on finnair.com though.

The transit turn-round time is 30 minutes and the full-service turn-round is 61 minutes. If Finnair and their partners can do it IRL, is a whole different question.

June 18th I have following options for HKG-HEL:
AY70 00.25 - 06.00
AY62 09.10-14.45
AY100 11.00-16.35

I like AY100 schedule for a mass-tourism trip.

Just got an email from AY notifying my flight AY61 HEL-HKG on 3.10 has been cancelled. The schedule for AY61 was dep 17:10 arr 8:10.

The replacement flight in MMB is AY99 dep 17:25 arr 8:10.

Think this confirms the AY99/100 is a replacement for the AY61/62, not an additional service.

Yep, now 61/62 is gone.

But why 61/62 is switched to 99/100 and then from 29OCT17 late evening service from HEL is 99 (now 69) and from 29OCT17 afternoon departure is 101.
