Philly Cheesesteak !!!
I actually went with a friend of mine to Philly just so we could go to Pats King of steaks and Tony Lukes. I have to say that I didnt think it was that amazing. I thought it was "pretty good". I'm guessing that after seeing them on Travel Channel and been wanting to go there for a while I kind of set my expectations way too high.
Also I didnt like the fact (most FT wouldnt
) is that Pat's and Gino's (across from each other) are Cash Only. So no miles for those purchases

In no particular order:
Reuben
Peanut butter and banana on wheat bread
Peanut butter and pineapple (canned slices are okay to use, but you have to blot them on a paper towel or the bread will get mushy) on wheat bread
Fried bologna (it's gotta be the extra-thick kind), a fried egg, cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise on toasted white or sourdough bread
Roast beef and Swiss cheese with spicy mustard (Zatarain's Creole Mustard is best, but use it sparingly if you're not used to it... think of it as Southern wasabi) on pumpernickel.

My favorite place that made this sandwich is no more.
Rare sliced skirt steak, sharp white chedder, avocado slices, lettuce, tomato, onions and southwest mayo on a pretzel roll. Best sandwich I ever had.

That sounds like an incredible sandwich! I might attempt to recreate it at some point in the future.

I notice when bologna is fried, the centre of the bologna swells up akin to a pimple, and you can poke the center and sort of breaks apart.. but parts of it is still swollen..
