Where is your son cooking? Love Kalua pork with BBQ sauce. (Or, as a friend says, "Koloa pig."

I had quite the discussion last week because I asked for a sandwich amricain without meat. This led to a large debate amongst the sandwich truck owner and various customers as to whether it could be called sandwich amricain if it had no meat.

Since I have had them with fried egg in place of meat in past, and since I believe that it is the fries inside the sandwich which make them 'American', I won the argument, and walked away with a tasty sandwich. I also had convinced at least one other customer to try it that way, much to the consternation of the sandwich seller.

Cool

Pastrami Sandwich from Lucky Boy in Pasadena, CA.
640 South Arroyo Pkwy
Pasadena, CA 91106
(626) 793-0120

About a pound and a half of juicy pastrami served up quadruple wrapped in waxed paper to keep it from soaking through the bag and cardboard box it comes in.

Best with an order of zucchini fries with ranch dressing.

Treat yourself. You won't regret it. http://www.bestburgerslosangeles.com/menu.html

P.S. The nearest cardiac cath lab is
Huntington Memorial Hospital
100 West California Boulevard
Pasadena, CA

My 5 year old son loves his kids meal for Subways..

For a whole school year, I've been dropping off my 5 year old at school and going to McD's or A&W for breakfast.. fat greasy pork bacon sort of stuff..

So I'm looking for some veggies that's been missing in the morning meal.. and don't have time to drop in for a full meal in the mornings at sit down places..

So I'm finding Subway in the morning to hit the spot.. and Opa has a nice breakfast wrap they fill with veggies.. veggies help with colon cancer.. and really high on my list everywhere I go now..
