Tonight I had lemon butter sage halibut, with wild rice and peas.
Sorry that I didn’t snap a photo, however I was happy with the end result. The halibut was part of a larger order from Alaska, including sablefish, true cod, and Kalgin Island king salmon.

Bought some fresh albacore off the boat yesterday and made poke at home. First time. Toppings were sliced jalapeno and birds eye chilis, cucumber, edamame, green onion, toasted sesame seeds, wakame, shredded carrot, and seaweed salad. Outstanding. Tonight will be a repeat.

Don't know about adding the bird's eye chilis but the rest sounds very tasty...

About 1 sliced bird's eye was perfect for my large bowl.

Omg so fun. I went there for luncheon a few weeks ago and loved it. Its still fun to share the giant platter with multiple people.

i wish that Cafe C had a sink outside the potty so that it was easy to wash up without queueing for the potty. Most of us just want our hands to be extra clean before eating.

Rice noodle rolls (cheong-fan) with beef and some wok hei...

Might try to steam my own (pre-made.... don't have the tools to make it myself) plain cheong-fan and the various sauces ala HK street food.
