Dinner at my company holiday party at the Metropolitan Pavilion: grilled sea bass, grilled mixed vegetables, and creamed spinach. I also had several tiny hors d'oeuvres, which included a chicken taquito, ahi tuna poke on a cracker, two breaded goat cheese bites, and vegetable spring rolls the size of my thumbnail.
On the way home I picked up a cup of mixed fruit with tajin, chamoy, and lime juice on the subway. One of my favorite treats. I will have the other half of it for breakfast tomorrow or (more likely) as a snack. -J. |
