What do you use to sweeten it?

GW McLintock Dec 31, 2021 8:49 am

Had the remainder of the pumpkin "pie" for breakfast. For lunch I had a can of vegetable barley soup.

Splenda :) The normal pie recipe calls for sugar and evaporated milk, neither of which I used. Instead, I used slightly more Splenda than the normal amount of sugar and went a little heavier on the cinnamon.

Lunch: chicken salad on Hawaiian rolls, cole slaw and macaroni salad. The macaroni salad was awful. The rest was above average. Also eating Bugles. Asked my grandson to take the bag and hide it.
