We cook the salmon skin-side without oil in a porcelain pan and use the pure 100% Thai coconut milk sold at Asian markets I believe it's called "Aroy D". Drama aside, the final product is so delicious it's like eating something that invokes childhood memories

For dinner last night, we did Korean BBQ chicken, kale with bacon, rice and salad

I had three tomatoes and three potatoes moldering from last Friday’s grocery box, so I cut off the bad spots and made dal in the Instant Pot.

Thank you for the salmon tip. What I did, I took our the fish and froze the sauce to get rid of the oil.

Now, how did you do the Korean chicken pelase.

I had a stack of aloo parathas for breakfast. Replace cheese there with potato to get an idea of what it looks like.

I have had parathas with potatoes and mutton curry (Aloo Gosht) before and it was earth shattering!

Dinner last night: Olives and anchovies pizza!

The secret to the Korean Chicken is the sauce - a mixture of gochujang, garlic, and ginger. The dish is actually fried Korean chicken and not BBQ.

- Double fry the chicken chunks and set aside
- make the sauce and toss together
- Top with spring onions and serve!
