Then on top of that, a layer of more peanut butter mixed with melted bittersweet chocolate (Ghirardelli's in my case) and some chopped peanuts. Throw into the freezer for a couple of hours, and it's good to go.
You don’t need to cook the almond flour??? Ooh!!

My favorite is a combination of coconut and banana cream pies. 15 years ago, there was a Marie Calendars by the nearest mall to me, and they offered to make one for me. Delicious!

Even a fairly simple meal like this always looks delicious.

I assume that Mrs. Kalboz is mostly responsible for your pieces of art?

Thank you!

Mrs. Kalboz always assists especially at dinners but cooking is my passion! We also have all the cooking tools needed, in addition to the necessary ingredients and she is master with both!

For dinner tonight, I made a Mexican pizza with salsa, carnitas, cheese, and olives

I miss Denny's having pies in house that I could pick up a full one. My favorites were Chocolate Silk or Chocolate Cream (depended on which location as it was the same pie, or Banana Cream Pie. Alas, they no longer carry them, not even by the slice.

Village Inn has pies in our neighborhood. Decent quality. $13-15 for most fresh pies. My problem is I can’t get a whole one, without some of it going to waste.

We are going over to some friends’ place for dinner and plan to pick up a Ted’s pie to take. I can decided between Macadamia Nut Cream Pie which is always a crowd-pleaser or Chocolate-Haupia Pie, which I personally love. Or any one of their amazingly delicious options. Open to suggestions.

Wow, those look pretty delicious. Never had a peach cream pie before. Want to drop me off a few different pies?

Whenever I'm on Kauai, I can't resist the lilikoi cheesecake at The Right Slice (aka, "the pie lady"). Ted's lilikoi cheese pie looks similar, though it looks like it has a lilikoi glaze on top. So, that's probably what I'd go with.
