My annual In-N-Out cheeseburger.

Annual? Is there an occasion ?

Taiwanese Turkey rice
peas

i needed to clear out the Turkey bones from the red retro freezer because I bought the 4-pound bag of frozen wild shrimp at Costco today. My spouse wanted shrimp for supper and I will only get wild. It’ll probably be our Tuesday supper. I’ve zero idea how to cook frozen shrimp. I’ve started to seek answers :-)

So another week without the Red King Crab Legs? This is the price in North Miami Beach.

No, without any premeditation, it always works out to once a year.

You have been on an international trip? Is Thailand open to US citizens?

Had a beetroot sandwich today. The last time I had one must've been 20 years ago. The whitest bread, so much butter and beetroot. Wow.

Yes, and it was the best 2-months trip ever with no crowds and entire properties all to ourselves with plenty award seats in business available. Of course we exercised caution to the max but we circumnavigated the globe (SNA-SFO-ORD-DXB-BKK-NRT-LAX) without any health issues. Thailand was only closed for 3 or so months (April - June). Entry requirements has eased up a bit now but you still need a permission (CoE) to enter and undergo a mandatory quarantine. Let me tell you, life is rough! :D

For dinner last night, we were about to make the eggplant salad. But I couldn't wait after I saw these wonderfully cooked eggplants, so I had the following: Chicken cutlets, eggplants, puff pastries, veggies with home made dressing.

As for breakfast this morning: TJ's paratha stuffed with assortment of chesses
