Pepperidge Farm cookies were on sale buy 1 get 1 free, so I am enjoying the Tahoe White Chocolate Macadamia after finishing up the Thin & Crispy Farmhouse Toffee Milk Chocolate over 3 days earlier this week.

I tried the soft chocolate chip cookie ones a few weeks ago and couldn't deal with the aftertaste.

Pepperoni, pitted Kalamata olives, mini sausages, fried onions, peppers, EVO, and parmesan cheese.

The wine was Chateau Ste. Michelle.

Panic-style pizza, topped with organic arugula (after the baking) for a fun green crunch

half mushroom
half green Castelvestrano olive & black (canned) olive

it’s not as high as true panic pizza and it’s quite delicious

thank you - it’s grated galbani low-moisture mozza. I’m not using Detroit brick cheese. I just make sure to have grated cheese along the edges of the pan per the instructions :-)

after my passagiata I plan to enjoy Sunday Chinese leftovers:
white rice
spicy smoked pork (I’ll add tofu cubes or rectangles)
spicy eggplant with chicken & shrimp (I’ll add frozen broccoli florets and if it’s still there, frozen chopped spinach)

I’m now walking past my taqueria, my favorite dive bar venue for concerts & drinks, a new pho place, and so much more. Looking forward to the future day when we are super low on food at home so that I can dine out for my luncheon!

gorgeous - besides the chopped scallions, is the other topping cheese or dried minced onion? If cheese, will you want it to melt into the hot chili?

Cilantro and green onions, and the cheese is Miyoko's plant-based shredded cheese I bought for $1.99 at the Grocery Outlet. I've wanted to try Miyoko's products for years, but didn't want to spend $4.99. It was too cold straight out of the fridge to melt, but I didn't mind. And if I ever see Miyoko's butter at Grocery Outlet, I will definitely try it.
