you were right on the money - I was able to call and got an agent on the line within a few minutes.
The agent I spoke with said she would "submit it for credit" but did not say how long it would take to get credited properly. For those that have gone through this, how long does it typically take?

I called back, reporting data point for other FT users.
Today it took me about 5 minutes to get an agent.
The agent I spoke with said that they can not fix the issues themselves but that the Skymiles department must do so. And currently there is a large backlog of issues/requests, so the requests are being put into a queue. She said that normally 3-5 days is the turnaround time but that right now it is as long as 30 days. She verified that my request from a week ago was still in the queue.

Thank you for providing that. I have nothing - no indication of anything on the website. Since I just called in 2 days ago I'll give it a bit before I call again. I will report back on how this progresses. I appreciate the guidance I've gotten on this thread and would like to provide as much current data as I can.

After 10 days, it finally posted, but it seems incorrectly unless I've misunderstood. This was a purchased W ticket. There seems no way to talk directly to the skymiles department (unless I've missed something?). The miles seem about right, but the MQD is 1/10 instead of 1/5 as I understood it to be, and the accelerator appears to be 50% rather than 75% as it should be for a W ticket.

The mileage amount is incorrect too. It should be 100% of flown miles on W fare or 2181 miles + 2617 120% DM bonus. MQD is 1/5 of base miles earned (not 1/5 of flown miles), but since they got base miles wrong (credited at 50% U/T/X/V/E fare rate) it led to the incorrect MQD credit amount.

Fare class changed. No MQM
I booked flight to FCO in July
Initial routing XXX-JFK-AMS-FCO and return FCO-CDG-BOS-XXX. Booked Delta one, Z class. I knew that partner operated fights (JFK-AMS-FCO and FCO-CDG-BOS) would not get accelerators for MQM/MQD but fare was good and was first/business.
Thanks to Delta's frequent schedule changes I was able to change the outgoing fights to XXX-ATL-FCO in D1, Z class fare
Another email arrived saying that the return flight need to be change as BOS-XXX would be a misconnect due to schedule change. So I changed to FCO-JFK-XXX all on Delta metal.
I did not see that the reissue of that ticket for the return changed the ATL-FCO from a Z class fare to OJ. So I received no MQM/MQD as it says it is not eligible for accrual. I have emailed my issue and tried Delta messaging. I have the emails with with fare classes.
Am missing something? Or do I have a legit case to collect the mqms, etc
Thx

No Z was available when agent rebooked. Instead of rebooking correctly (override Z availability is what a DL agent should do) they booked into an open fare class (acceptable option, and only option if TA is handling). Unfortunately they picked an award fare class instead of a paid fare class.

Has OP compared ORC to the MQMs etc. that would be earned on the actual flights that were flown, assuming Z class? ORC might be an easy thing to do, but before going this route, OP should compare the potential earnings.
