Finland has confirmed to remove all restrictions from June 30th.
If someone can update wiki with Estonia addition that'd be great too.

I am in the Netherlands right now and came here last Saturday from Dublin(US passport). We went through passport control. I asked if they needed to see my Vax card and the agent said "no". I am not sure if they only check if you coming straight from a non EU country.

I'm fully vaccinated American flying to Portugal & have my CDC vaccination card. Has any American recently flown British Airways & had any trouble with the card not being acceptable? Having trouble getting a response from the airline. Thanks!

Just a data point, I flew from Rome to Malta today. TIMATIC says that I needed to be vaccinated, have a negative PCR test, or quarantine for 10 days upon entry to Malta. However, no one checked or asked anything. I'm not sure if TIMATIC is wrong or if no one can be bothered to enforce Malta's rules, or if they just given up trying to enforce anything intra-schengen.

Looks like some countries are discussing bringing back restrictions like masks again. Hopefully EU countries don't lose their minds again and start bringing back travel restrictions after the summer travel season that accomplished nothing and were nothing more than safety theater. If they're going up now I would assume at the end of summer they'd be on their way back down and will hopefully prevent it. I don't fancy having to jump through hoops just to travel.

As always, I'm booking my trips based on previous performances of individual countries and the current public atittude to COVID. Booking anything in countries like France or Austria would be insane right now as they are extremely likely to bring back draconic measures. Scandinavia and central Europe seem to be the best bets right now. (Edit: UK is probably safe too.)
