It's a nice day out. It seemed rather strange putting the rest of the few decorations I put up outside while wearing a T-shirt. I was nice to leisurely doing that and making sure it's done nice for a change. Normally I'm in a rush because it's so cold out and my hands are freezing. Then I took care of cutting back the dieing flowers. I had to leave the good ones because there were too many bees around them. I'm still amazed that my rose bush is still flowering.

On a totally unrelated topic -- looks like there is a 're-start' of e-mail 'stalking' by beau's ex-GF, again!:rolleyes::eek: Am totally ignoring it!:rolleyes: |
I have a nice new haircut at this time. Guess I'll go do my recycling now.

Whiskey Tango.
CO Supervisor: to get from CDG to MLE you have to fly over the Pacific. Me: Nope. CO Supervisor: Yes sir. Me: Check a map. CO Supervisor: I don't have to. Me: ... apparently you do. CO Supervisor: Let me transfer you. Me: ... okay. (thinking: to the map room?) |

So, clearly, they can't figure out how to ticket it via the Atlantic so they want to force you to fly over the Pacific. |

I was being transferred to the rewards desk when she came back on the line, I heard her say to someone (not me): "I don't know how to do this. I'm just going to keep him on hold until he drops the call." So, I hung up. :mad::mad::rolleyes: |
Hello, Box, from the CLE Penalty Box, where apparently I will be amusing myself for the next 30 minutes as there's incoming congestion around PHL.
This E145 is EXTREMELY cozy. :rolleyes: |

No, that wasn't it. The person I was speaking with was just geographically challenged. She was convinced that MLE was in the S. Pacific and not the Indian Ocean.

Perhaps you should just try placing a call to the RTW desk. It will almost guarantee that you get a good agent. I just discovered that connecting KL-CO at DFW with a 01:30 layover is not recommended for keeping stress levels down. Also, AMS-DFW didn't really do much to distinguish itself on my FM map. It's just part of the amorphous TATL blob that stretches from Texas, through the Midwest and Northeast, to Northwestern Europe. I also have to say I prefer the MD-11 with the new interior to the A332 (which has the same interior as the MD-11). Better interior cabin layout (easier access to lavs from J cabin) and the MD-11 felt roomier. That, along with the Aerogeek intangibles, made it a :-: |

United Airlines now handles CO flights at Narita, and as you might expect, they are very much "green thumb" and afraid to apply anything but a strict interpretation of the rules. For instance, expect plenty of resistance should you attempt to make a same-day change at Narita - the agents there believe 1) no fees are waived for Plats, and 2) the routing cannot be changed.

You could return the favor by ordering her all those information/promo sheets that you find in the back of magazines. My father received a ton of throw-away mail from his friend as a prank. It took him years to stop the junk mail from coming. :cool:

After months of this doodoo I came upon a profound idea while at a truck stop during a road trip. We collected those subscription cards from all of the XXX magazines and filled out subscriptions to his business address for months and years to follow. :cool: |
