Yo, Box. :-:

No phone signal at the high school today; ergo no FTing over my prep period or lunch.

I had to really try quite hard not to teach these classes of German II and German III "Is Not Possible".

I have mixed feelings about UA. They extended the expiration of my expiring SWU so it's good until April.

The CR-1 I gifted never got used and never came back to my account so that I could gift it to someone else. And they can't do anything about it. :(

I've also managed to pry off a beer cap with the rental car key, but that left the car key where it was difficult to get the car started (kind of like the Avis key we f'ed up in Corpus back in July :D).

Sounds like you were using the wrong part of the key - use the straight edge closer to the plastic component, as that's where you are more directly applying force and easier to control.

Sounds like my cell phone while on the military post - I have all of 1 bar at the moment.

Sobriety was in very short supply at the time this feat was attempted. :-:

I got a signal long enough to get one sync with email...three emails that I deleted anyway. The rest of the day, when I had the phone on, was "Searching for Network". The middle school down the street has no such problems, so it had to have been something in the building causing the interference.

That's to hide the source of the stains...

You're not making me feel any better about driving that car, you know.

I really should take a picture of the seats. The mystery stains are on every seat, and all over most of the bottom cushions.

Oh, this was a gem from www.contacthelp.com about US.

I was in a rush to catch my connecting flight on USAirways at DCA Reagan National Airport and lucikly (I thought) spotted a USAirways employee in uniform with a name badge on indicating his name was Carl. I introduced myself and he indeed replied that his name was Carl Grim and that he was a storekeeper for USAirways while constantly staring at my breasts. When I told him my eyes are up here and asked him for directions to Gate 24 he told me to go F myself and asked if he looked like a G-damn travel agency. He also indicated if I needed any airplane parts to look on eBay and wished me a safe trip very sarcastically. I'm not sure what he meant but I am sure I will not be traveling again on USAirways...

I wondered if you were going to pass that test of will power.

I assume it was just one SWU they extended (their usual and customary practice)? I'm thinking of asking them to extend one as well.

Still no MSP-GEG fare. :)

fozz Dec 1, 2009 2:15 pm

For anyone who may be doing a SEA-NRT run in Jan, the EWR-SEA fares are down to $240 for positioning flights.
