It's in a basement-type space of what I believe is the Physics building on the Rice U campus. No signage or anything (look for the red-tinted lamp outside the nondescript wooden door along the Rice Circle-Drive). Lousy furniture, but cool music and a very interesting mix of people, with lots of good beer sold dirt cheap.

I've choked down free Miller Lite before, but I saw it first and my buddy was stuck with free Pabst Blue Ribbon Light.

This episode served as a creation catalyst for one of my favorite personal maxims: The only thing worse than Pabst Blue Ribbon is Pabst Blue Ribbon Light.

I've gone over budget on my chilli by $2.87 :rolleyes: That was with shopping at two stores (saved about $7 doing that) and buying the cheap store brand chilli powdered that was on sale.

I enjoyed PBRs at Coyote Ugly when we used to have one in CLT. Was friendly with a bartender or two.;)

I'm going to ACY for four days to get away and recuperate.
