i think this is my week to be :mad: and frustrated with the world .....
first, it was the issue with the basement walls (which I'm still mad about!) second, .bomb keeps bombing on me! third, my attorney just called with the amount of $$$ I need to bring to the closing on Tuesday. I fell off my chair, queried it and it turned out that the title policy company had charged me a standard rate instead of the reissue rate - $3000 more than they should have done! If I hadn't queried it with the paralegal, they wouldn't have bothered questioning it. Sigh! Is the world full of incompetents? No disrespect to our own Box Attorneys - you guys, I know, are not incompetent (phew! wipes sweat off brow! :D:D:D) |
I cheked my work b-berry this morning and see that I have 2 more :rolleyes:-cards waiting for me. I will go on 100 mile drive today to offset.
