It's a great property, with an excellent downstairs bar. Decor reminds me of a new-build Le Meridien, rather than the new Sheraton style. Only drawback is a slow check-in process. It shouldn't be as bad in mid-January as it was in mid-September, though.

BTW, is there a central point in PRG we will be spend the majority of the time. I will be doing hilton so only two choices but wanted to try and be close to others.

The 2GB card has nothing to do with your messages/call list. The older BB's have memory leaks and when it starts running out of memory, the call lists, text msgs and emails start getting deleted without any warning.

At least in the newer BB OS'es, you'll get a warning telling you that you are low on memory.

Thanks, Wizard. :-: Off to VZW to see if they have approved a new OS yet.

The only organized group things we'll probably do are dinner and a few bars (locations TBD - I'll get on that in the next week or two) on Saturday night. In BRU, some smaller groups did sightseeing on Sunday.

It sounds like a handful of us will be at the Sheraton.

How long are you on the ground in NRT? NRT is a day flight that gets in the early afternoon. I'd rather suck it up and stay awake for the duration until checking into the hotel and then taking it to crash for 8-9 hours. :-:

I'll be there for 2 days, then down to HKG for a day, then back for two more days

Apparently CO came in as one of the top companies to work for in the glassdoor.com survey.

My favorite quote so far is:

cant never fly, u cant be sick, u get abuse, u work for free, always trying to scare there employees, that they will do 1000+ cuts every yr, to get what they want

A CR7 showed up instead of a CR2. I should have kept those row 2 seat assignments! At least we are now in E+...

Most of the main sights in Praha are in the Old Town/Mala Strana area, which is compact and walkable. I'm not sure where the Hiltons are with respect to those, but getting around is pretty easy.

Hmmm. UK friends want to hit up Eastern Europe in February. Anyone ever been to Poznań, Poland?

A little early in the day for the Hyatt references to start.

I'm not making Hyatt references. I stay cheaper than that generally. ;)

Hyatt gets to be really cheap during FFN. I could stay for very cheap at Choice Hotels (family or government rates) but I would be staying at Choice Hotels.
