I actually referred to US as "The Grehound of the Skies" when talking to an assistant to the customer relations director.

Those people are awful and still take no responsibility for their screw-up. I think it's time to start a boycotting campaign. Anyone in?

I got mine at $142...clearly I did not add enough segments in to add in additional PFCs
