Thanks!:p Don't want to be accused of 'multi-quoting' -- now that I have reached a respectable FT milestone!:D

Flight 676 EWR-RSW was taxiing to the runway to take off (10 minutes late) and a passenger reported that he thought he saw something get sucked into the right engine. Even though it didn't set off any alarms in the cockpit and the pilots didn't even know about it, we have to get it checked out.

Right now, we're sitting in "The Ballfield" while maintenance inspects things. Kind of a :rolleyes start to the trip.

Inspection complete.....no problems....time to head out.

Later Box.

Sorry to hear about that -- hopefully everything checks out OK -- safety is never 'oversold'!;)

This may have been covered before, but how upstate? I was in college at Colgate and have "fond" memories of the lovely weather there...

My time was somewhere in the gloomy middle, just south of route 20.

Hey ALCO, we need you to study the weather maps for the snow storm that may hit the mid-atlantic / NE this weekend. I'm too busy through tomorrow afternoon to look.

Steph3n Dec 17, 2009 3:09 pm

Anyone heard any rumors about when exactly Mid 2010 is for UA/CO recip relations?

I am needing to book myself and family on a VERY longhaul and I don't have enough miles for us all to go in BF/F/J, so I am looking seriously into the U E+ route if CO plat will allow me to get those traveling with me into E+....

I need this end of March/April timeframe maybe May....

Just back from the model and hobby shop that's down the road a piece. Christmas makes me think of model trains, and I am seriously considering one for next year, when cashflow permits the purchase of a semi-decent train set.

I wish I had to room to do that.
