Why add more than 10% to the cost by staying in the hotel? Does it come with a, "We don't like it!" guarantee?

Their policy is "No Returns" so is it worth 12,000 points?

We aren't even that close to a milestone and people are going insane.

You make a good point but I dont think I can get a King pillow-top set delivered for $1275 a/i? Ill go to Sleepy's tonight and check it out before I book a room.

I've been on a similar quest and found that I can get a king-sized Sealy pillow-top delivered for less than $1k (don't know what the Westin bed may be); have to spring an additional $38 on the base, though.

I have a nice fire going. Being cold wins out over being too lazy to go out and grab firewood.

Why not pop into the hotel, tell them you are thinking of buying a bed, and ask them if you can check one out for a few minutes? They may let you. They may have a lower day rate that would not otherwise be available via the web site.

Costco has mattresses too -- and you don't have to soil yourself by patronizing WalMart.
