You make a good point but I dont think I can get a King pillow-top set delivered for $1275 a/i? Ill go to Sleepy's tonight and check it out before I book a room.

I've been on a similar quest and found that I can get a king-sized Sealy pillow-top delivered for less than $1k (don't know what the Westin bed may be); have to spring an additional $38 on the base, though.

Why not pop into the hotel, tell them you are thinking of buying a bed, and ask them if you can check one out for a few minutes? They may let you. They may have a lower day rate that would not otherwise be available via the web site.
