I wish I was able to go, but I am already going to LAS that weekend.

Good luck on the kitchen. My project is on hold due to a cash flow problem. I had almost $4k in unexpected expenses this month :rolleyes:.

Sorry to hear about that...unexpected expenses always suck! January is going to be an expensive month for me since that's when we're buying all the appliances but I already budgeted for it.....plus I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by running over a lizard. :p

Thanks....I think our next 'pleasure' trip will be to see the family in PHX in late March for Passover.....unless a deal comes up in the meantime and I'm unable to refuse.

Unfortunately, he said this was not possible. The OK segments don't exist at that fare (or anywhere close to it) on their own, so I guess they can't be split out so the ETC can be applied.

I see it also on the HKG route on occasion (with timing that makes sense for making up the JFK outbound) but it didn't operate tonight for some reason. Where else does it fly?

I think TK still has 4 of the Jet on wetlease, and that is the entirety of their 77W fleet.

Is it still Tuesday?

I am totally confused with what day it is. Going to bed at 4am and getting up at 8am sucks. Taking a long nap until 3pm doesn't help either. :rolleyes:

Just finished watching Star Trek on Blue Ray. Great flick. So good, in fact, that we got each other the DVD for Christmas. :) Great minds, etc. One has already been returned to BestBuy, but the other one was greatly enjoyed tonight.

For those of you who have done the MSP-GEG mileage run on UA, which hotel would you recommend? I have a run coming up on the weekend of Jan 9th. Need a hotel for the evening of the 8th and 10th in MSP. Want somewhere that is easy to get to from the airport and preferably an spg hotel or a marriott.

Any suggestions?

Thanks! I just got back to my villa after a lovely breakfast of Malaysian Kuih - think Tapas, but mostly sweet stuff, cakes, pastries, etc. Trying to decide if I should hit the beach or just snooze by the pool.

I'll be back to my reality soon enough. My apartment is like a meat locker, until I want to go to sleep of course. Then the heat suddenly starts pumping and I actually have to open a window sometimes, it gets so hot. Luckily I'm hardly ever there. My first business trip of the new year is FLL, so not too bad!
