Hyatt check-in amenity (bottle of wine) is pretty nice.

Good day box. I am posting from my couch while I should be at work. I went to Morton's last night to use a $25 gc from jrzyshawn. I ate at the bar and got "bar bites" and a couple of beers and was only out $12 after the gc. TY jrzyshawn. However one of the bites I got was crab cakes and I don't think they were cooked all the way as I was up all night with food poisoning symptoms, no fun. Should I call Morton's and let them know or just let it go? I will probably never step foot in a Morton's again.

 Sorry you became ill.

Right. Contact the restaurant and let them know. I am sure they will make everything right.

I just called and YES, someone else has let them know they got food poisoning from the crab cakes as well. Manager said he would call me back in a few hour after he called the other people back to see what else they ate.

I can't believe they would tell you that.

Hope you feel better soon.

Another bottle of Chateau de LaVerrerie 2006 Bastide - I had asked if there was something else I could try (as this was the same amenity three days ago) but a bottle of vino is a bottle of vino.

I can; a high-end service establishment that covers up ends up in the local media.

With the way Hyatt takes care of diamonds, I have to wait for a few of their earning announcements / EDGAR filings before deciding whether to invest - the company issued public shares less than 3 months ago.

But they did score that sweet single letter ticker symbol.

It's not a bad thing to have a single letter ticker - they are usually long-standing, stable companies. The only real disasters at the moment are C, F, Q, and S.

Wow, bet they couldn't repeat that one again.

The funniest thing today was listening to everyone randomly swear out at the cold and wind as they walked. It was like the whole city had Tourette's.

And here I thought it was kinda cool getting a Kit Kat bar with my name printed on the wrapper at a Hilton a few years ago.

IC Group hotels normally give me a nice gift as well these days, even the low end places.
