Yeah, I'm calming myself down. I think I got my brain locked into 4.75%. It's just a couple grand more over the life of the loan. But you guys are right, it could be a lot worse.

With the current yield curve and government policy, I think 5% will be an unattainable rate in the not-so-distant future.

I'm recent to airline status as well and received 3P as a gift in a past year. Had never even passed lowest-level elite until this year.

There is a now closed thread on Hyatt board with a link to a message from Karen from Hyatt which indicates that it is check-out date that will drive the year of the stay credit. We are getting a stay tonight, and I hope it will post for 2010.

With more government borrowing, a depreciating currency, and short term interest rate guidance continuing at 0 - 0.25%, there's one thing I know for certain - short-term lending rates cannot go down.

Morning, Box.

Lake Brit, which was pumped out yesterday, is now attempting to become a lake again - it snowed here in NJ overnight and so there is now snow in the hole, which will, of course, melt and form Lake Brit all over again!! My poor builder is probably cursing the fact that he pumped out the lake yesterday! :D

As for the one in HP everyone visited, I actually prefer their first restaurant on Stelton, it always seems a little more authentic.

Haven't been to the one on Stelton. The one they opened in Metuchen about 8 years ago, just closed down and is now an Irish Pub.

Hmmm. I have PresPlus. Does that mean I only need 10 stays to be diamond? Might be worth buying some Hyatt vouchers from Costco and doing some fake stays in the area.
