I don't doubt it. You've probably been behind the wheel of a Caddy this year more hours than the average Tampa resident. :D

National just announced a $ 25 trunk usage fee and gas mileage decrease to 100 % for all elites :D

The local Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory sent me over a thank you bag this afternoon: box of pretzels/snow caps, and two LARGE caramel apples. Called girlfriend's extension and said "If you want a sugary treat, come to my desk." The look on her face when I gave her one of the apples (Rocky Road - I saved the Apple Pie apple for my mother) was priceless. I had to stop myself from saying "If you think that's impressive..."

Indeed - I'm surprised it took me until last week. ;)

I have noticed this too, to some degree. National has raised its prices, as of late.

They have increased prices. New reservations I make with my corporate contract ID have been running about $2-3 more/day than they were earlier this year.

I have been seeing price increases of anywhere from $2 per day up to about $12 per day. For weekend rentals, it also appears that the rate is more expensive if you reserve within 48 hours of pickup (although that may have been the case for some time now and I just did not realize it).

That's good to know.

I guess my ethics and cultural studies professors were just exceptions.

The only issue is footing the bill for law school and the same goes for starting my own business.

I've never heard of a right-leaning ethics prof...but then again, the school that I did the majority of my undergrad in history and hospitality in was so far left as an organization that the liberal arts profs wouldn't go to the campuswide events if the business profs were showing in any large number. The arts people seriously felt that the college should have no Business-oriented faculty. We also had IIRC two or three espousing Communists that were tenured.
