Slow day in teh Box.

Sorry...was off getting my flu shot. Free at work because the client is sponsoring it. Only running 45 minutes behind schedule but better than sitting around pretending to work.

I really need to find reward seats for my Christmas vacation soon. I'm worried that availability is going to go from bad to worse in a hurry. Having a destination would probably help that.

Pwnage of BD complete. Reservation changed from: LAX-ICN-SYD on OZ to:

LAX-NRT (UA F)
NRT-AKL (NZ C)
AKL-PER (NZ C)

No change in mileage required (60,000), and only a 60 Pound difference in Taxes + 20 Pound Change Fee... worth it for the flat-beds. Also, NRT-AKL is actually only 19 miles longer than LAX-NRT. :D

Is that a Z3-Z9 in C or F ? miles only or miles + or did you split it ?

It's a one-way miles-only Z3-Z9 (assuming Z9 is Australia) redemption in C, with LAX-NRT allowed in F (at C redemption rates), because it is 19 miles shorter than NRT-AKL. :D

Unlike with LH and KL, it is possible to teach the BD ICC Reps how Diamond Club actually works. :-:

They are often just as surprised at I am as to what "is possible." :D
