I believe I saw a 727 at MIA today as well.

Saw my first at BNA (ever) on Wednesday. Yes, I heard it start the takeoff roll and decided to look over.

At a graduate school info session, the attendance at which waives the application fee.

If you're applying anyway, that's as good a reason as any to attend.

A colleague said the update released this week caused their computer to do an automatic reboot. Happened with none of my three computers but ...

Off to (current) office in an attempt to get some work done and run updates / re-configure the laptop for my new position/office.

As I leave my living room, I can confirm there is currently less than $750 in coins in my home.

The beginning of the application is in and the fee is waived. Recommendations, personal statement, and official transcripts to follow. Found out for sure today that my missing prereq courses can be taken at the Associate's level. I'm going to reach out to the community college I graduated from and see if they will readmit me as an alumni. FTE emailed me today - going to go finish the signup process later this afternoon.

But if the pope dropped a Caipirinha in the woods and nobody was around to hear it, would Charlie still be in the E P-Club?

I earned 0 miles making pancakes/hash browns/bacon this morning and then getting my hair cut.

My next two flights are earning 50% EQMs; can't wait for the changes to take effect!

I once checked into a hotel in Utah on the last night of a scrapbooking weekend and had the pleasure of being in a room close to a terrace that over-looked their closing night social. Good god those women could screech.

I just earned 0 miles pulling out the fridge and cleaning under/behind it, along with the stove.

I was awakened at 8am by the Devil Dog, formerly known as the Pound Puppy from Hell. It seems that we were having a rare Sound and Light Show in Northern California. The dog did not like the thunder and jumped onto the bed, which she never does.

And for once I didn't have to be up early to attend a sporting event.

Oh and guess her left her car windows down because it never rains in Sunny California.:D

I did oven cleaning yesterday - used grill cleaner with very nice results.

Got one of the 739ERs with DirecTV last night. If the new domestic F seats weren't so terrible, it would be a phenomenal product.

I was on one yesterday. I did miss that seat-side pocket, but the Direct TV was nice -- or it would have been if there was anything to watch in the morning and early afternoon. I ended up watching reruns of soccer matches.

I am earning 0 miles driving my older daughter back and forth to riding lessons and folding the laundry. Daughter #2, age 6, is watching "A Hard Day's Night," which we DVR'd last week. I have to keep explaining which Beatle is which.

DHL still flies a few. You can see them at DEN sometimes. Also at DEN, the big Antonov 124's regularly are parked over by the cargo area. It was, at least at one point, the largest aircraft in the world, just a hair bigger than the C-5, which they cloned to make theirs.

I'm not flying anywhere right now....earning zero miles and zero Marriot points (we're on a reward reservation) hangin' in my room with Ms. GadFly before going out for lunch. Days on vacation feel so much better during the week when everyone else is w:rolleyes:rking.

You should demand compensation for "unacceptable seating conditions".
