Having Tail Numbers is preferred, but not a prerequisite. If ssullivan gets drunk and OCD enough, he might even fire up BTS.gov and add in some of your tail numbers after the fact.
I did edit a few earlier this week. I was sober. But the OCD was in full force. Now I'm drunk and tired. We just got back to the hotel after a very late dinner. Three cocktails and half a bottle of wine… I should sleep very well tonight. |

BTW midcon CO breakfast rocks NW/DLs dried up 'bagel' and cereal.
I didn't even eat that dinner, it was a rock hard roll with turkey and swiss, I am going to get some good food now :D Did I tell you about the catering I saw loaded on my FCA-ATL flight in June on DL — sandwiches catered hours earlier in ATL and stored in the cloat closet??? |

Try UA's domestic C in their three-class config (e.g. LAX-IAD 777). Fruit plate with cold croissant. Serious .

DL's domestic F food is just awful, and getting worse. NW had decent domestic F food — often close in taste to what CO offers — but since the merger it's just gone downhill.

Honest to God, it was a long, high load factor, hot summer for travel. Now they're at it in the "pets in cabin" thread, ranting about 300 lb pigs charging the cockpit. And no, I'm not going to segue a reference that other thread. I'm going back to the finish watching a movie.

looks like flights tomorrow on NW are low load too, 8 hours out and less than 40% F load....

September has always been slow. There are some flights that remain too popular year round, but you can usually count on September and January to be slow.
I will be comparing next week to CO loads again. but CO seatmap is already filling up, in the back. |
SkyClub Miami, I can just see CO 1E crying about the lighting situation here already!
http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2425/...a77557ddcf.jpg http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2465/...7ae05af0e2.jpg <-- btw don't try that 'gouda style' cheese it is horrible. they also botched the cookies really bad, grocery store cookies are better. the olives and dried fruit were good, CO should take note of THAT only ;) http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2453/...7660c1dc5a.jpg bar may look cool, but it has nothing. |
and I end the day with the  of the 3AM hour:
http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3440/...c0e302d866.jpg the guy next to me actually went an claimed his own FC row shortly afterwards, no one in first had anyone next to them....after that. |

It seems to always show up in the winter for some of the FRA-EWR-IAH-EZE-IAH-EWR-FRA flights.
Glad to see it back though. It's always a super easy upgrade. |
I believe I saw a 727 at MIA today as well. The windows on that NW A320 were so scratched up it looked like a permanent fog, but I took a pic of what I could:
http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2550/...b5484486c2.jpg it looked like crap in the pic, I tried to do some exposure and sharpening to try to find who this is and get a better shot of it. A 727 is somewhat rare these days at a passenger gate. |
