ebay.
I'd then dump the tickets via ebay and other retailers. I received a nice letter from the NYS AG's office scolding me, telling me what I was doing was illegal and in violation of NY scalping laws (since changed). I wrote them a nice letter back telling them that the tickets were purchased by a resident of SC, using a SC address, which exempted me from the wonky NY laws. They never replied and I continued my little operation, which finances many college exploits (and was a factor in allowing me to pay off my student loans 3 years after graduating). :-:@:-):-: Not going to deal with stubhub. Someone in my office has offered me face value x2 for the ticket, but I feel bad throwing a mark-up on it because I can venture a guess at what I make compared to them. And I'm interested in seeing Green Day live. I'm just not interested in hearing them play  from their new album. |

AMEX must have really wanted me to start using my SPG AMEX as soon as possible. They sent the card to me via UPS Next Day Air.
Despite the reports of low credit limits in the SPG forum, the limit they gave me is very much usable. Although, it is lower than the limit on the AMEX I canceled last week so I might need to give them a call about that... I love my SPG AMEX, but still also use the Gold Card constantly. I like the unlimted nature of the Gold AMEX, and have held it since 1987, so I won't give that up any time soon. And since I'm on a Marriott binge for work right now, I'm not using the SPG card as much. |

I have a ticket to see Green Day at MSG in a few weeks but I really don't like their new album.
Do I dump the ticket? @:-) |

Major drama with our nanny. She was leaving the end of Oct. to move to spend the rest of her life with the man of her dreams. I flew him here to surprise her for her birthday. After spending the weekend and her birthday together, they broke up. They were over last night and I could tell they'd done lots of celebrating. The break up must have happened afterwards. She let me know by text. She told my cousin personally. Drama, drama, drama.:rolleyes::rolleyes:
Solving drama by taking my cousin to the movies late this afternoon. Figured the nanny wouldn't really be up for The Proposal today.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: |

Back in college I had a pretty lucrative operation buying tickets en masse via online vendors for shows I knew would sell out quickly. Being on a campus I had a T3 ethernet connection when dial-up was your standard connection at home, so I had a tremendous advantage.

If you are going to the one on Monday night BJ's has all you can eat wings and rib tips and all you can drink Bud:rolleyes: for $15.95
Although, from the sound of it, if I do BJ's before I might not make it to the show. Or, if I do, remember it. :-: |

Why would that stop you? When NW was offering 14 miles / $ at GiftCertificates.com (before the site completely sucked), I was loading up on AA and WN credit. ;)
I'm building up some Membership Rewards points to transfer to CO at some point. I get nervous when my CO balance is below 600K, so I'll use that to put more cushion in that account later this year. I'm nuts. I realize that. And I'm reminded of that at home all the time ;) |
