My wife, Jessica, is home and in bed. The folks at the ER were not able to give us any firm answers but they performed a CT scan on her chest with an iodine IV (don't know the name). This test showed no clot and the doctor ruled that out completely.

So, we will wait for the results of the blood work that they ran. She is just worn out mentally and physically and that probably contributed to her blood pressure. That and the fact that the family physician hinted that she might be pregnant (the test came back negative).
