If programs are real because there's a card, then I'm not only Ft. Dunkin' elite, but also titanium on rolleyes air.

That works. Just wanted to know when to expect to see the announcement.

I thought the OP on that  thread had said she had taken a zillion "flights". With a min 500 EQM per flight, she would have at least 500 zillion miles. Pretty impressive!!

DelNorTalia Aeroline is not terribly proud nor saddened but kinda in the middle really in announcing that its subfleet of Airbus A320 aircraft and its lone ATR-72 are being put out to pasture as replacements are made available. DelNorTalia will be going all-Boeing.

Score! Starwood loaded some $89/night rates for this weekend at the Westin Minneapolis overnight. Last night the cheapest room there was around $119, and I ended up booking the aLoft a few blocks away because it was $109, plus Internet there is free. But with the cheaper rate at the Westin, we can get a nicer room (and hopefully an upgrade), I get a larger Platinum arrival point bonus, and even with the pay Internet and slightly more expensive parking we'll come out about the same, if not a little ahead of the total cost of staying at the aLoft. And, to sweeten the deal, the $89 rate apparently includes full breakfast for two both mornings. I'm really glad I went back and checked the rates again this morning.

I have 2 open next to me for now - but I chose this because I wanted to have access to power for the flight. We'll see if that holds...

I thought about it, but I don't know If I have the time to invest in the game, you guys are all hardcore Airline Mogulers, I have zero experience.

That is one of my BIGGEST complaints with CO. They believe that blocking is not necessary because the elite passengers keep middle free on its own because people will self-select seats in a way that does. I would generally agree with this. Where things break down is when standby passengers are assigned seats. This happens automatically, from the front to the back. When all that's left are middle seats the ones in the front are assigned first. Extra large  top CO for that. They were going to fix this, but funding for the modification to the standby seat allocation algorithm was pulled.

Nobody likes that seat. I still don't understand why CO bought it for just that aircraft, and nobody from CO has ever really said much about it.

I believe they are also going on all the new arriving 738s, so they aren't exclusive to the 739ERs.

I didn't think WN used miles. A zillion rapid rewards points is even more impressive.

I'm going to give it a try and have never even seen the website yet, so give it a shot. What's the worse case scenario....we run our airlines like US? :p
