I am thinking it is time to start a little fare war on the CDG-LHR route. I've got a 763 that's not really doing anything...Not that going from an ATR42 to 763 is that big of a change.

Me, my contractor, the town, and PSE&G (long story) set him straight. I would think if someone is a paving contractor they should have a decent driveway to show off their work but no. (crappy local contractor, not mine)

Then there was the problem with another contractor who lives in the area who thought he should be a monopoly for the whole area.

I looked outside my office window about half an hour ago to find five firetrucks and multiple police and other fire vehicles outside my office building, with the entire block roped off. Shortly thereafter, firefighters in hazmat suits emerged with what appeared to be a suspicious envelope of some sort in a plastic bag.

I would think there are laws against such things.

When are you doing this? And is that fare still available? I don't have anything truly ridiculous booked for the second half of the year yet....
It is still available with various options ,some keep the price around 670 others bring it up due to MPM surchages. The other Itinerary is available and im trying to see if I could book that one and cancel the above . |

There are. The town is dealing with that and the big bill from PSE&G adds to it.

The other contractor called claiming to be my contractor and that he hit the gas line. PSE&G takes such calls very seriously and mobilized three vans, two dump trucks, and a backhoe. They were none too pleased to find out it was a bogus call as they were pulled off an job that had been delayed for a week in Princeton that was supposed to start that morning. I heard the forman call the office to see if they had a record of the phone number that made the call it turned out to be the other contractor. It sounded like PSE&G is going to send him a bill for the cost of the bogus call.

The firefighters also examined the packagage with their bare hands and began laughing as they jotted notes and typed messages on blackberries.
