They are the same source (nwa.com and SkyTeam reward on KVS) so it should be accurate. I'd call back a couple times and make sure they are searching for the correct carrier/flight manually rather than whatever it is they normally do to search and tell us there are no flights available.

I asked for the specific flight on a specific date. Perhaps I will try and call back...

Interestingly enough, this call (probably the 100+ time I've called in the past 6 months ) was the first time I got a male at the Rewards Desk.

Can someone with KVS confirm that you see reward availability on KE11 on 8/25?

Hmm, I don't think we got quite to that part yet.

So everytime a new animal showed up, Baglady Jr would sing out its name. Then, her older sister would sing out the name of the critter that would be eating the first animal.

But even she (OK, I confess, me too) was surprised when the orca got about 6 feet of vertical to snag a seal clean out of the air.

Brother had the hops on that one! I was stunned seeing the vertical on that dude!

Isnt that just clicking the down arrow for sounds effects, pausing and then claiming I am sorry, nothing available?

I do not see it as available. KE1 and KE1 -> NW2 do show availability.

It disappeared from nwa.com as well. I guess it was just a fluke or something.

KE1 is operated by a 772 with the old J seats, so I'd like to avoid that. Does KE1 -> NW2 have 2 seats in J (nwa.com indicates that there is just 1)?

Me too -- I still don't understand enough of the game. I've seen it on TV, and it's not completely comprehensible as you can't see all that's going on -- very similar to the hockey description from a day or so ago.

At $15 for 3 months of Platinum KVS access, I might as well just sign up to keep an eye on this last change.

sbm12 - thanks for looking that flight up for me! ^

That is not what I was looking to hear. I have 2 P.S. F segments this month.

The seat is nice though.

Gee, I never saw that coming.

She replies, "No, presidential coins," and starts to protest, "No, really." But I am not doubting her at all as I came to that very realization just as the words left her mouth.

I need to get in on this presidential coin business.

Now it's in the Rates Desk's hands. Another round of waiting.

KVS was a much better value proposition when it offered routing rules. Granted, I obsessively scanned so many Q-UP routing rules, I have a pretty good idea of what combos will work with any given UA, US or DL Q-UP. Things will get interesting/different once the NorthWelta merger is complete. I'll need to find a new dealer to get me some routing rules to mainline at that time, so I can see what sort of  their revenue management team cooks up.

You had better keep calling to be sure that they do not drop the ball.

I just opened my UPS box of dollar coins and noticed they only shipped 10 boxes or $2500 worth. I ordered $5k. I hope this doesnt turn into a nightmare.

There's a cheat to see if they've modified the reservation. You just check the amount in taxes quoted when you view your reservation online. Also, if any of the final segments go missing, that'll be a sure indicator that something has gone seriously . Lady at the RTW desk said they're taking 24-48 hours to recalc taxes on RTWs at the moment. We shall see...
