I have to admit something myself. The gf and I did CDG-EWR on a 752 in row 16 and it actually wasn't bad. I slept for a good portion of it and would have slept for more if I wasn't awoken by a certain someone.... the food was even decent. It was as though I was on a bizarro airline.

You pass Boeing field going to the city from the airport or vice versa plus you can spot the planes from I-5 with no problems. It's a quick detour on the way out of the airport or on the way back. Just head to the airport six hours early and you'll be fine. :D

I despise CDG. CO gets a big fat :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: to their CDG operation and staff. The layout of the lines is terrible such that you can't see the Elite line. So, I got in the BF line thinking it was a combo line. The agent booted me and told me to go into the Elite line, even though there was no one waiting. I go over there to get called up by an agent. But the line nazi scolded me for not showing her my passport, even though the agent kept calling me up.

And don't forget Ma and Pa Kettle. US is the airline of choice for them folk.
