I'm sure I know the answer to this, but does SQ ever offer paid upgrades at check in?

Yum! Tim Tams! Yum! Let's have a Tim Tam Do so we can do tim tam slams!^:D slingbox is a device that streams your tv over the internet . It can control your remote , so if you have a tivo or DVR you can also watch that , it is like sitting in front of the tv , every channel you have at home can be seen , it is great. ETA: Steph3n beat me to it . |

I hardly watch the tv. Mr. Brit and Ms. Brit-Teen seem to have exclusive rights to the remotes. However, I do put my foot down and demand access to the tv to watch The Amazing Race when it is on. My all time fave show. Mr. Brit and Ms. Brit-Teen know better to argue with me then .....!! Momma bear becomes Momma Lion ... |

FYI for BD-Whores, I believe I saw a $675a/i IAH-DME on SQ listed on FareCompare this afternoon. That's crazy cheap for Moscow from here.

Hartmann and I saw a guy juggling () at IAH last weekend. He looked exactly like ALCO.
He doesn't really fly anywhere, he just juggles in airports and people give him miles. |
Our IAH-ELP flight is on a 735  and the front is empty but the back is sold out.
There are people in the exit rows, so Plats/Golds on the plane but no one has been upgraded. This is the second time I've seen this (first was IAH-PDX), it's just weird that CO is holding back most, if not all, of F till the day of the flight. Ah well, at least we're in row 5. |

There are NYC-MOW fares right now where the base appears to be $130 or so. The SU site was offering $66 segments each way (+tax). I couldn't get anything to price, though.

Morning Box.
I got a little shellacked last night watching the SYR - S HALL game and am paying for it this a.m. :o I almost vomited when: "Hold my closer, Tony Danza" came on the radio this a.m. K-ROCK is dead. David Lee Roth killed rock 'n roll. |
