US killed the phone lines to their executive offices because people were calling there instead of the regular CSR lines since the executive offices actually get things done correctly. Hard to believe that the solution was to cut off that avenue rather than make the CSRs who actually answer calls do things correctly so that the issues never have to escalate that high.

UA only closed the ICC CSR lines. They still use the ICC for all non-elite domestic ticketing calls. They no longer have a phone line for resolving customer complaints. Apparently they were costing too much in terms of giving out too many points/compensations to people.

:D Hey I am using miles, I want the seats before the high rollers take all the premium seats. Bliss world already has his TATL tickets as well. Do I really want to compete against all the people with million plus miles, no.

I must have a chat with a couple of friends. I see some of my photos from December are showing up on facebook, not Flickr links but photos in their albums. :( I really do enjoy sharing and these photos I really don't care about but they could have asked, my answer would be yes.

I almost pitched this to my wife last night for my birthday (and yes, in the back, the way back with my :rolleyes: status), but reviewing the page (600+600+taxes)*2 it may be too much for my blood. :(

I may try to pitch her on 5 days in Germany instead.
