I am kicking myself for not bringing my tri-pod for better night pictures.

I am not a SQ fan but that's because years ago they tended to treat female fliers like dung. I think they are trying to turn that around and when CO goes *, I'll probably use them for getting to SGN (only 2 flights for me that way). I'm a CX fan and have had great seats and service from them and had truly hoped CO would go OW just for that! On this last trip on SQ , my GF flew by herself on a couple of segments and she said all of her flights were amazing. I told her before she left that it was not going to be as good as the SQ F flights this summer so her expectations were a bit lower. |

This post is useless without pics. :D
Speaking of dogs, we went to see Marley and Me tonight. Dog owners will bawl like children with skinned knees. Former (ahem) dog owners will look like they turned on the waterworks to get out of a traffic ticket. Can Owen Wilson act? Nope, not yet. The dog is the star by far. Bring tissues, but it's great.

I can sit there and drool at Jennifer Aniston and that will be all I need. To be almost 40 and look like that! Wow.:D

Too bad we didn't have this last year when I flew to half a dozen or so minor Texas airports, two of which CO no longer serves.
But if our plans work out, hopefully I'll be able to add IPC to the Box FlightMemory, as well as my own, before the first half of 2009 is over. |

I should be adding a few airports CO doesn't serve today, as well as a fun a/c type. I leave in 15 minutes to head to the lab for my pre-flight check on my jet-lag study trip. ISP-BSL on a G IV later this afternoon. :D :D :D
Have fun, sounds like it should be an interesting experience for sure. |

Wedding Status: Complete. :D
Almost all of the 55 guests in attendance said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and, more importantly, my wife (heh, that is so cool) said that it was everything she had dreamed of and that it was absolutely perfect. Thanks to ConciergeMike and sbm12 for some ideas a few months back here in this very Box, and to the rest of the Box denizens for your well wishes. Last night was the JW Marriott in Houston; tonight is the Hyatt Regency on the Riverwalk in SAT, then ELP, then TUS, then back home to SAN. With the cool front finally blowing through, at least it won't be humid anymore. ^ And for sfogate, there was no Home Shopping Network last night. :D |

Seeing 0 EQMs and 0 EQPs has really gone to my head. I've gone on trip planning rampage thinking that I'm in desperate need of miles this year. I've purchased 5 tickets in the last week or so and I'm even considering a 23 hour trip to Vegas. My first flight of the year is in 12 days - hopefully I'll be able to keep the rampage tame until then.
This happens every January. |
Congratulations Mackieman!
