But wait until he starts complaining on the DL forum later about the jerk who said something to him in the CRC. :D

He doesn't seem like much of a FT'er.

He has really lowered his voice now - some other guy gave me a thumbs up after I asked him to be quiet - lol.

That's hilarious. That happened in AA-land a few months ago...someone started a thread complaining about someone's stinky food in F, and about three pages later another FTer admitted it was his stuff and apologized.

Is it wrong of me to leave notes on SUVs and trucks that are parked in spaces marked "Compact Cars"?

It's not like I'm getting them towed.

I have to go attempt to catch my delayed flight now.

Why? Are they taking up too many spaces? If so, then I would say go for it. If not, I don't see the need. In some garages, the spaces marked "compact" actually are big enough to fit some suv's without infringing into the adjoining spaces.

It would be more fun if you had those old mimeograph of the angry Mickey Mouse giving the finger.

Yes, they are filling in a full space and part of another. These are "true" compact spaces, small enough that my Altima fills them.

Depends. Are you still leaving these? :p

Your employment need not involve travel for you to travel. This may actually free up more opportunities to go places you want to visit, rather than have to visit...

I wonder how much you spend a year on airfare (much less hotels and cars)? But, I understand if you don't want to say.

Now, I wonder if this post will be missed in a great box catchup following AMS.

The Altima isn't considered a compact in the parking industry. Very few cars are these days to be honest. Many compact spaces are just shorter in length to allow for a wider drive aisle. I was in one parking garage that had opened for business 3 hours earlier and watched someone try to get a full sized SUV into a spot that was clearly marked compact. They gave up as there was no chance they'd fit. I've actually seen a Mini parked in a compact spot. That was a shock.

I've filled out the little You Park Like An A-Hole placards. Do a search for that on Google, it's a neat little website.

Occasionally, but those are mostly reserved for people who intentionally take up multiple spaces or block traffic.

I don't park the Altima in the spots as the fit is too tight and I don't want my doors dinged. My wife's car fits very well and this SUV was about two inches from her car and way over the space's line.
