Yep. Everywhere. And you can't change that.

Believe me, I know. Since part of my job is industrial engineering, process improvements generally involve some kind of idiot-proofing. The world just keeps making better idiots. On one hand, it makes me feel like Sisyphus. On the other hand, it means job security if I can keep one step ahead. ^

Reduce your blood-alcohol level.

A fun quote I came across on Wikipedia:

A practical observation on the risks of stupidity was made by the German General Kurt von Hammerstein-Equord in Truppenführung, 1933: "I divide my officers into four classes; the clever, the lazy, the industrious, and the stupid. Each officer possesses at least two of these qualities. Those who are clever and industrious are fitted for the highest staff appointments. Use can be made of those who are stupid and lazy. The man who is clever and lazy however is for the very highest command; he has the temperament and nerves to deal with all situations. But whoever is stupid and industrious is a menace and must be removed immediately!"
Proud to be clever and lazy. ^

I have this new 24 inch monitor infront of me at work. I'm afraid I might get use to this size. Who ever put the power switch in a place you grab the monitor if you change the tilt should be shot. My 20" Samsung at home is a much better monitor than this Dell though.
