There is little need to worry about the HCR bill. It's pretty clear that in the coming months, the centrist-conservative political majority in the USA will reassert itself, and no matter which party controls Congress after November, the bill will be significantly reworked in 2011 and beyond and many parts will never see the light of implementation.

It is all for show, to make it look like they are working, while I am no fan of Santorum he did a good job of breaking down how it is going to be x years for this, x for this, and such bills never make it to the light of day. They get delayed delayed delayed continual by new acts of congress.

I just had a student say she just purchased the textbook. Tomorrow starts week 10 of a 15-week semester.

At around this same point in the semester, I had a student once who asked about this 'activity guide' that I always seem to be referring to in class....he thought he might get one too as we seem to use it a lot. It was listed among the required course materials. Never a dull moment :D

:rolleyes: Nothing like getting into the program 2/3 of the way through :rolleyes:

At the FI and they upgraded both of our rooms (including a free room w/ cert).

On the way into town, BL JR said "Can we just go to the hotel and order room service?" :rolleyes: I said "we're at a hotel that doesn't have room service". After a very nice dinner (M's pub remains consistantly amazing in OMA), we arive at FI, BL JR checking in with me. When the mgr on duty said that both rooms had been upgraded to a suite she proclaimed "thank goodness it's a suite". :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: I think she needs a motel 6/super 8 run. :rolleyes:
