G'day box.

All and all had a nice weekend. Discovered this bar in the city, which would be perfect for a Box DO.

I have always enjoyed my times at Teh Gingerman. Much like any other place in the city, the experience is vastly improved when you haz a booth.

Good morning, Box.

For when your ADD is so bad you can't get him up?

In other news, my new work computer arrived. Finally, something with more than 2GB of RAM.

It's always a good idea to keep checking the CO.com seatmaps when your preferred seat isn't available. Case in point — 14A and F have been booked on my 735 flight today for weeks. I've been persistent in checking to see if one of them opened up, and sure enough, this morning 14A is available. It's now mine.

Now if only someone in F would no show. I've been number one on the upgrade standby list forever and think it may stay that way, given my fare class on this flight.

Today's challenge — packing clothes for six days for me, two days for my partner, three pairs of shoes, and toiletries for two people in a carry-on bag that isn't so overstuffed I can still actually carry it on. Oh, and it has to be able to fit in the overhead on a DL MD-88.

Oh, and two of those pairs of shoes are men's size 12.

This is going to be fun. But I'd really prefer not to have to wait at bag claim this week at IAH, DCA, or ATL, or pay DL next Sunday when I fly home to check a bag.

I recommend hotel laundry service.

At that point I might as well pack the bigger bag. $15 one time to DL next Sunday is cheaper than $5-10 per item for hotel laundry. And I'm changing hotels often during this trip, which makes using laundry service challenging.

I'm doing a restore on the parents HP Laptop.
Hard Drive went south, Never made the restore CDs, so had to order them. Showed up whilst on Conference call, and about 90% done.
I could see the restore partition on the dead drive, using Bart, tried to clone that over to the new drive but could never get the new drive to boot

The shoes are what will kill you. The rest of it shouldn't be too hard.

Yep. Toiletries may prove to be a little problematic too.

co.com burped on me while I was performing a transaction last week. Their system just caught this and decided to charge me an amount I didn't agree to.

Let the  begin.
