That's why I spent all my miles two months ago and dropped from Plat to Kettle. My last series of flights on DL, however, went very smoothly.

That's exactly what I am trying to do, burn up my miles. I had a LON ticket that I couldn't use last month so i was trying to reuse it.

Of course, finding availability as a non-plat has been challenging at best.

A valid question I've been asking since noon.

Then, somehow the next night, I either lost Flat Kenny or he ran away. I was so embarrassed.:o:eek::o Fortunately, I had enough material for a substantial powerpoint show on Kenny's exploits.

I, too, lost Flat LittleMissBrit but found her at the 11th hour, as I was getting ready to give the bad news to Brituchenite. Here is my favourite shot:

I'm wondering if it's because they don't want to have to market those destinations as BusinessFirst, since they wouldn't always have BusinessFirst-capable aircraft flying the route.

Oh well. I started a thread.

Prospective wedding DJ (who only one of us will admit is the favored horse thus far) coming over at 1830.

Having the best DJ in the world doesn't really add much, but having a crappy one will certainly detract from the experience. Like the guy who played Thunder Rolls by Garth Brooks at a wedding reception. He apparently had a big ol' bowl of dumba$$ flakes for breakfast that morning.

That's certainly worse than the one wedding I was at where the DJ played Crash by Dave Matthews.

"You've got your ball, you've got your chain" -- :D or  depending on your POV.

Apparently there's been a coup in Kyrgyzstan. The people wanted more vowels.

A song about orgasms is always a good time.

I'm so glad I understand the flat concept now. Was thinking it was kind of a rude way to refer to young woman:D

Most of my hotel stays I find people in the room that I get assigned. It's always embarrassing for the other party since I tend to find them undressed but I get the bigger, better room for the front desk mistake.
