Good thing US doesn't have hubs in CLT or PHL. Or UA's in SFO. Not to mention the strange structure of "a large number of a multitude of hubs."

It won't go through unless they get the unions to agree in advance. US hasn't managed to integrate the US and HP pilot unions yet. I cannot see how they'll get the UA pilots involevd and simplify the negotiations.
