Haz joined Hyatt for Plat and Diamond fast-track, opted for 5K points bonus, and should get a 2K G-Bonus at Summerfield Suites this weekend. ^
First impression was that, though the hotels all look quite nice overall, there just aren't enough of them scattered around the country (and definitely not globally). Also, there's a decided lack of affordable Hyatt Place/Summerfields in places I'm planning on visiting. The full Hyatt properties are often much pricier than new-design Sheratons or Westins where I can get silly-good suite upgrades. |
