I may have to check the best of the nearby beer distributors to see if I can find it around here. I don't recall seeing it at the place I usually go to. I have, however, bought it in the supermarket near my parents' house in Cleveland.

Hmm, if that is better for you guys and better for Herr Otter, that may be more viable. I'll let a few others chime in and get that finalized in a day or so.

I have to get up early tomorrow to go to a funeral at the Shore. I don't think I'm staying tomorrow night out there, so I might come back and make a quick run into Philly and see if I can find it in Center City. I'd be thrilled to replace the Sam Adams currently in teh fridge.
I'm working from home tomorrow, so maybe I'll make a run to the best nearby beer distributor. If they have a case, we can split it. I bought a case of Flying Fish last weekend (made in Cherry Hill) and their Belgian-style Dubbel and ESB are pretty good. |

Wow. Strike three for me today. :o Beer in PA in grocery stores?
I have lived in five states with five separate sets of liquor laws: OH -- beer and wine at grocery stores, liquor at state stores MA -- (at the time) beer, wine, liquor at liquor stores NY -- beer at grocery stores, wine and liquor at wine stores SC -- beer and wine at grocery stores, liquor at liquor stores PA -- beer at distributors, wine and liquor at state stores ETA I also lived in Belgium for a year, where you could buy anything alcoholic in a grocery store. |
