Flight home from RSW was great. Wonderful crew working up front - FA insisted on opening another bottle of wine for me even after I suggested she not do so - and they were having a blast. Plus, we arrived early in EWR and there was no wait at the jetway. I honestly thought we must've diverted to an airport with decent service. It was quite a nice change.
But I do wonder WTH CO was thinking with the "shrimp on pasta" they tried to serve me for dinner. The shrimp were great, but I'm pretty sure that mashed black beans should NEVER be used as the stuffing for a ravioli, manicotti or any other stuffed pasta product. That was just plain nasty. The excessive amount of booze made up for it though. |
