BA073 LHR-AUH May 2024
Here's the May menu for BA073 LHR-AUH departing at 20:25 arriving 08:25. I'll post the wines with the return post as they're the same as this flight but I believe have some changes for May.
Due to the late departure no photos as I was too busy eating to try and get some shuteye
but the salmon starter was nice if a little over chilled and the lamb maskool was very nice.
Shame there's no cooked breakfast on this flight as my preference is to sleep straight away and wake up for breakfast.

May menus for BA072 AUH-LHR - daytime flight leaving 10:10
The format of the menu (typeface and layout) seems to have changed to a cleaner format which caused a little confusion as the flight have a mixture of versions which looked like different menus. I was told that some of the wines were new but not sure how new as they seem to have been onboard as far back through April as I've looked. Couple of pictures below:
Authentic Gulf Meze - very nice especially with the Italian white
Seabass mashwi - again really nice, simple but great portion size, flavours and presentation - again nice with the Italian white

How often do BA change the sparkling wines? Got a flight at the end of June, hoping they swap out the English sparkling for an English sparkling rose like they have before? Not desperately important as I like the whites, just hoping for a rose.

BA177 LHR-JFK 13.20 departure: lunch over to NYC last week, cod was delicious however the PA said his pork was rather dry.
