Menu for AUS > LHR yesterday.

Really disappointed with this menu and flight generally. I'd go as far as saying it was in my bottom three of worst BA flights. Set off an hour late, crew didn't board until late and service was very slow. Menu was mostly fish or lamb, which perplexed me for AUS-serviced catering. I know BA was offering BBQ content through March, but some of that could have remained. I didn't take any photos, but the food very basic. Salad starter was simple and the lamb was like something from economy.

I heard another crew member saying she didn't know what 'harissa soup' was whilst taking orders 🤦🏽‍♂️

I found the crew to be very sterile and on edge and even remarked to one of them 'why is the crew on edge tonight?' and a fellow passenger agreed and thought the same. They were just a bit snappy. One even came up to me when I was working on my laptop (yes, in J) "sir, now is not the time for working, it's time for relaxing!". Never had any crew member say that nor should they. It's up to me what I do in my seat.
